职责描述：

? Carry out the inspection of product shipments (Open Box Audits) and effectively summarize results in English.

? Perform periodic audit of suppliers’ operations to ensure that production is being carried out correctly.

? Monitor suppliers’ IQC, IPQC and FQC inspection processes and check relevant records.

? Monitor suppliers’ relevant in-house testing (reliability test, ORT test, mechanical & electrical performance test etc.) and verify test results accordingly.

? Monitor supplier compliance with key industry certification standards.

? Drive suppliers to provide quality records in a timely manner as required.

? Analyze quality records for trends and weaknesses, and report these to suppliers and in-house engineers in a timely and effective manner.

? Follow up suppliers’ improvement actions and verify effectiveness.

任职要求：

? Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing-related fields.

? Understanding of quality control methods and goals.

? Excellent communication and documentation skills.

? Good command of written English as well as Mandarin Chinese.

? A passion for quality in manufacturing.

? A desire to improve the quality of life of millions of lower-income customers.

? Experience with basic data acquisition tools (meters, power supplies, etc.).

? Experience working with high-volume consumer products.

? Experience with consumer electronics manufacturing.

? A willingness to travel locally on a very regular basis (up to 50% of any month).
