Under the supervision of the Manufacturing Facilitator or designee, conducts all system inspection relating to the manufacturing of Bactec product including formulation, filling, labeling and packaging operations. Follows QSR, ISO, safety and environmental regulations.Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Performs tests to assure good performance in finished products.
2. Performs inspections of manufacturing and packaging following QSR’s and ISO.regulations.Maintains and keeps neat records during the process and notifies Manufacturing Facilitator, if any deviations occurs.
3. Performs test of DI water system in accordance to written procedures and notifies Manufacturing Facilitator, if any deviation occurs.
4. Active participation in Lean Activities.
5. Needs to apply some judgment and knowledge to perform tests for line approval for Bactec media filling and packaging lines, performs test on DI water system in accordance with established procedure. Needs communication skill to convey clearly to immediate supervisor and Shift Leader, if any deviation were to be found during in line inspections.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A. Education:
- High school graduate. Able to read, write and understand English.
B. Experience:
- One year experience in manufacturing environment.
- Quality Control or Process Control experience highly desirable.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Some exposure to noise, heat and odors.
- Moderate physical demand. Involves standing and walking at a pace.
- Hazards are minor if safety rules are followed. Will be working in a laboratory environment where biohazard materials are being generated.
