En Eaton (Haina DR) tenemos la vacante Quality Inspector. Este rol tiene las siguientes responsabilidades: FUNCIONES ESENCIALES: Realizar las auditorias correspondientes en los diferentes puntos del proceso y en el producto terminado, para asegurar que se cumplan con las especificaciones establecidas. Asegurar que los ensamblajes estén correctos siguiendo las instrucciones de manufactura. Realizar “inspección patrulla”, para detectar y corregir a tiempo posibles errores en el proceso de ensamble. Inspeccionar en el producto final, su colocación y cantidad de componentes con la ayuda del plano del producto. Llevar estadísticas de las fallas presentadas, a requerimientos del supervisor del área y presentar informes. Custodiar los instrumentos calibrados. Reportar a tiempo cualquier falla o ausencia de éstos. Asegurar que el producto cumpla con los requisitos de calidad establecidos en el Sistema de Calidad de Eaton (EQS). Participar activamente como miembro de los “Equipos Departamentales” recolectando y analizando la información de calidad sobre el producto terminado y sus componentes. Realizar las operaciones de prueba, de acuerdo a las especificaciones de laboratorio. Cumplir los procedimientos establecidos en el “Manual de Procedimientos”, que sean de su responsabilidad. Reportar problemas encontrados en los componentes y generar petición de acción correctiva. Interpretar planos (drawings) cuando su trabajo lo requiera. Usar equipos de medición para verificar dimensiones en los procesos de control de calidad tales como comparadores de medir ángulos y calibradores de pie rey. Utilizar herramientas estadísticas para el análisis de problemas (SPC). Realizar a requerimiento del supervisor otras tareas relativas al área. Responsable del cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad de la empresa, así como de las herramientas Lean. Asistir a todos los entrenamientos de Seguridad, Salud y Medio ambiente que sean asignados. Cumplir con los requerimientos de 5S/EHS. Responsable de velar por las normas de seguridad, así como las políticas establecidas por Eaton. Qualifications REQUISITOS: Bachiller. Conocimientos básicos de inglés. Conocimientos básicos de PC: Microsoft Office Preferible Técnico en Electrónica Básica. Experiencia mínima de 1 año en el área de Manufactura.
