Eaton’s Mission Systems is currently seeking a Quality Inspector III to join our 1st Shift team. This position is based at our Orchard Park, NY facility. In this function you will: Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections on parts and products, including but not limited to mechanical and visual inspections. Work to approved inspection checklists, engineering drawings, purchase orders, work instructions and specifications. Utilize Non-Conforming Material Control process to document parts that do not meet specifications. Responsible for ensuring that Environmental, Health, and Safety are included as part of everyday activities. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution Minimum of 3 years experience with mechanical and visual inspection of machined parts and assemblies. Minimum of 3 years experience interpreting Engineering Drawings, Workmanship Standards, Military and Federal Specifications, and basic GD&T (Basic Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Minimum of 3 years experience using ERP software in a professional employment setting. Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
