Responsibilities:Evenflo Company. Inc
Manage Asia quality team to assure products meet quality expectations for pre/post-production.
Experience: (R) = Required, (P) = Preferred
BS Degree in Engineering or technical field; a minimum of totally 10 years of consumer products industry experience in product compliance (regulations) and manufacturing quality.
Minimum 4 years of Managerial experiences (Manager title)
Required Technical Competencies:
Working knowledge of Quality Control tools (FMEA/Control Plans/Work instruction development, SPC/Pre-control, Pareto Analysis, DPPM, Cpk, Root Cause Analysis, Quality reliability etc.) are must
Knowledge of US /Canadian children product safety requirement
Knowledge of in-process manufacturing control, Quality Management System (ISO, SA, EHS)
Proficient in MS Office Programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Proficient Computer Skills (MS Office Suite)
Must have strong team work spirit and positive attitude
