Quality Management Process Analyst, Mexico City. 

   

This role is responsible for leading Quality Management System to ensure process and procedures aligned to Mars Quality Standards. By acting as a Subject Matter Expert for Mars Standards, this role will lead communication and training in a cross functional level to comply with market processes commitments and global standards.

 

 

What are we looking for?   

  

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Engineer Degree, Quality or Food focused is preferred.  
  • 2+ years of professional experience within FMCG / CPG industries. 
  • Prior experience & proven ability working with management processes or projects.
  • English proficiency is a must have
  • Ability to engage and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication & planning skills
     
       
     
    What would be your key responsibilities?   
      
  • Partner with functional leads to develop improvement plans necessary to comply with the Global Standards, including influencing director level on resources, timelines and output.
  • Maintain the market unit QMS to ensure compliance to Mars standard, processes and procedures and perform periodic verification checks
  • Primary contact for the external auditing company, and organizer of the external QMP audits
  • Lead the internal and 3rd party audit process including closure of non-conformances
  • Maintain the Market Unit Quality Manual that adapts global standards to local market processes.
  • Lead the bi-annual Management Review process including follow-up actions
  • Ensure alignment of local processes with the same or similar processes at the Regional and Global level, including processes that are owned by regional or global teams.
  • Through the use and management of non-conformance management and CAPA process, identify best practice processes and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Proactively adapt QMS to meet the ongoing needs of our customers and consumers
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis sessions to drive continuous improvement initiatives, including using the 5 Why’s and Fishbone Problem Solving tools
