Responsibilities

• Responsible for sample approval (fit, construction, functionality) from size set to Pre-Production Sample for Functional/ Performance/ Active Wear ( Men, Ladies, Kids) according to defined technical specifications
• Conduct fit evaluations on live models and create fit reports
• Review internal wash test reports and approve for production
• Provide technical advice on problematic samples and illustrate the changes of fit and construction and detail to vendors
• Work closely with local merchandising teams and head quarter to facilitate smooth garment approval process
• Review production problems and solve in time efficient manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Textile and  Apparel or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience and hands on fit session experience  
• Strong knowledge in garment construction, pattern making, fit and manufacturing processes of cut & sewn and woven garments
• Familiar with European markets and International Quality Standards such as AQL & European textiles testing legislation
• Good communication skills, pro-active and a team player
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, PLM, 2D CAD Gerber Accumark)
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
