As a Quality Management Systems (QMS) Intern, you will be responsible for: You will collaborate with team members in production and quality to build robust quality management system. With specific focus on the Audit, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), and Risk Management QMS requirements. You will participate in User Acceptance Testing for the electronic quality management system (eQMS) You will perform gap assessment, write/revise Standard Operating procedures, generate metrics, assess system maturity and implement continuous improvement initiatives You will accept candid feedback and look for areas of improvements Specific tasks will be tailored to the intern’s experience level and abilities This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to develop your career with Healthineers: You have the capacity to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment You have the ability to effectively complete the tasks entrusted You can easily adapt to changing priorities and timelines You have strong oral and written communication skills You are able to learn quickly and have attention to detail You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) Required skills to have for the success of this role: Preferred 3.0 GPA Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in Quality Management Systems and Compliance Strong leadership and team building skills Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-functional team Ability to learn, be mentored, and improve Start Date: 05-June-2023 At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
