JD:

1.To overall management and development of Quality Dept., to assure products match with customers and company requirements;

2.Be responsible of the systems targets setting, to ensure implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the systems, including ISO9001/ISO3834/ISO14001/ISO45001/EN1090-2;

3.To ensure applicable statutory, regulatory and customer requirements are acquired and understood, promote related awareness to meet these requirements;

4.Be in charge of customers/third parties audits related to Q&EHS systems, to conduct and follow up the improvement plans;

5.To manage the quality controlling of all stages for the products, include new items review, ECN procedure, supplier audit, process controlling, as-built DOC ,customer complaints, ensure continual improvement to be satisfied from customers;

6. To handle main suppliers quality process/system improvement, to drive suppliers to make continuous improvement;

7. To focus and organize quality KPI review, monitor and analyze quality cost and take action plans;

8. Be in charge of APQP 4 wind /PPAP/MPP/FAI documentations for some new items;

9. Making training plan regarding of Quality & EHS awareness to the whole organization;

10. Any other jobs assigned by leaders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1.At least 10 years working experience in Quality & EHS management in related Wind Power Generation or Auto or Electronic Industries;

2.Sufficient experience, skills and knowledge on Q&EHS system establishing, maintaining and improve management, including ISO 9001/ISO 3834/ISO 14001/ISO 45001/EN 1090-2;

3.Excellent understanding ability on related international standards which are related to raw materials, industries criteria, quality & EHS management etc.;

4. Fluent in written and spoken English;

5. Strong communication and organization skills and cross-functional leadership, team player with excellent interpersonal skills;

6. Be reliable, confident, self - motivated, target - oriented with high responsibility

7. Should stick to the principles but with flexible thinking as well;

8. Good at problem solving and decision making, able to work under pressure.
