Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement & maintain QMS to meet Danfoss Power Solution, ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949:2016 requirements,
• Design and implement long-term progressive Quality development plan and objectives that support the company’s strategy and aspirations,
• Work closely with customers, engineering, procurement and manufacturing;
• Ensure cross-functional teams are formed for the review and resolution of non-conformance or non-compliance to standards and/or regulations as required.
• Execute and analyse DPS quality-reporting measures to ensure achievement of overall company goals
• Manage Quality Team, develop others and improve employees’ performance through coaching, training, development activities
• Lead quality audits and drive process improvements

As strong candidate for Quality Manager
You hold an engineering degree and have solid experience gathered from a similar position, preferablyin automotive. Further, you hold the following qualifications:

• Advance English level,
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes & engineering,
• Working knowledge of core quality tools (APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, PPAP),
• Familiar with Metrology Techinques,
• Broad knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016,
• Technical ability to read prints (GD&T),
• Advanced in problem-solving methodology 8D, SixSigma,
• Strategic Thinker and Planner
