岗位职责：
A. Develop and deploy the Quality strategy for all products and manufacture process to support plant strategic initiatives and lead the efforts to integrate quality needs into the development of short and long-term improvement plans.
B. Develop and implement a Quality organizational structure capable of supporting the strategic initiatives of plant and meet functional competency requirement.
C. Lead the deployment of the Eaton Quality System (EQS) and Zero defect quality culture in plant.
D. Develop overall quality measurement system and perform periodic reviews to analyze metrics and drive action plans. Follow annual profit plan and BSC process to set SMART goal and quality related budget.
E. Lead quality team to develop product quality planning ( APQP, Pro-launch, PPAP,FEMA/CP, MSA etc.)
F. Lead the quality team to review internal and external customer complain and quality issue, develop the corrective/preventive action with utilization of quality tools as 8D,CAPA etc.
G. Lead quality team to perform various quality audit including process audit, product audit, internal audit and coordinate customer audit.
H. Provide quality interface, expertise and support for supplier development and management. Track and analyze supplier performance, lead supplier audit, follow up supplier reactive and proactive action plan to drive supplier continue improvement.
J. Manage the performance and provide career development opportunities to all the employees within the quality function of the organization. This includes the development and implementation of quality training programs in plant.

Education:
Bachelors Degree in engineering, technical or other related discipline.
Experience:
.Five years of experience minimum in manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, product engineering or quality assurance.
.Two years of experience minimum in quality engineering.
.A demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement methods, approaches and tools, including strategic planning and project management.
Preferred Training:
Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Eaton Business Excellence Criteria, Project Management, Quality Management System standards (i.e. ISO-9001, TS-16949, etc), Interpersonal Communications and Leadership Skills Development.
Required Credentials:
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification
Recommended Credentials:ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQMgr), ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
