Job Summary

1. Maintain functioning quality system according to corporate Quality Management Manual in conjunction with BOSCH;

2. Maintain Incoming inspection and in process testing of components, products internally and towards customer;

3. Be counterpart for customer regarding quality requirements;

4. Install specific quality testing equipment needed;

5. Training of staff and employees for rules and requirements to fullfil internal and customer quality requirements；

6. Management and development of quality department;

7. Maintain Quality system with all departments and ensure compliance of process and product requirements;

8. Power of direction in quality matters throughout the plant;

9. Iinitiate imrovements in quality and ensure requirements are followed in the plant;

10. Keep good relationship with customers and solve quality issues cost effective for Vorwerk.

Qualification & Experience

1. Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Quality;

2. Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin；

3. Fluent in written and spoken English；

4. Exceptional verbal communication/reporting skills；

5. Background in automotive supplier industry;

6.Strong problem solving skills including with different tools (six sigma, APQP, PPAP, …)；

7. 15 year experience in Quality Management / good knowledge of automotive quality systems and methods;

8. Self-starter with good leadership and communication skills;

9. Strong personality, motivated and ambitious for improvements;

10. Flexible attitude that fits working in a fast changing environment.
