Responsibility：

1. Responsible for all Flex related quality issue or affairs.

2.Manage a team to conduct daily IPQA activities.

3.Manage a team to perform daily OQA activities according to the required set of AQL standards.

4.Manage customer related quality issue upon delivery.

5.Attend to CM site or customer site should there is any quality issue.

6.Call for cross functional meeting and brainstorming should there is any quality issue.

7.Together with other departments does necessary preparation for every customer visit.

8.Prepare prototype or FA quality data and report inclusive PPAP and APQP related report.

9.Do major in process quality related measurement and compile them for tracing and showing compliance to requirement.

10.Mainly focusing on both manufacturing process and customer quality engineering improvement of FPCA.

11.Ensure the alignment of quality acceptance criteria between MFLEX and Customer/ CMs.

12.Drive internal team for continuous quality improvement and contribute on scrap cost reduction.

13.Drive for closure on product key quality issue and provide relevant actions plan to PQM team.

14.Compile and send (timely) weekly quality performance to top management that require it.

15.Enforce compliance of procedure on production floor.

16.Enhance the inspection criteria by improvement and setting criteria working out factory and customer with CQE team.

17.Drive internal team to review FMEA/CP/WI to ensure CPP/QCP requirements are aligned.

Skills requirements:

1. At least 8 years working experience in quality management at least.

2.At least 3 years experienced in PCB/FPC/Assembly fabrication process quality control.

3.Familiar with Quality tools, 6 sigma, RoHS Directive, IPC-6013/610, 8 D, MSA, and ISO9001 etc.

4. At least2 years working experience in dealing with customer quality at least.

5.Good presentation skills.

6.Be Honesty, Due Diligence, Hardworking, Committed, Be responsible, With good moral and personality.

7.Good English communication both in writing and spoken.

8.Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

9.Good computer skills: Familiar with Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.

10.Bachelor degree in electronic or mechanical engineering.
