A fast-growing Hong Kong based design and manufacturing and business development company is seeking to recruit a dynamic individual to fulfill the following roles in their Zhong Shan office.

Quality Manager

Candidate will possess the following attributes:

• High Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin & English
• Detail oriented, analytical and proactive
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good literacy in PC applications
• Min 8 – 10 years experience in quality management field
• Degree holder in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customer to prepare and compile product protocol and requirements specifications
• Conduct on-site factory manufacturing process audits
• Provide improvement recommendations and justifications based on factory audits conducted
• Responsible for testing sample submission process, follow-up and status reporting
• Develop and implement product quality control and inspection plans within the vendor base
• Train and supervise factory based QC inspectors
• Field failure analysis, development and satisfactory closure of corrective action reports
