Job Responsibilities:
• Participate in the formulation and implementation of the company's quality management strategy/policy, and coordinate the formulation and evaluation of the department's quality objectives
Solution and execution;
• Fully understand customer quality management requirements, build corresponding quality management system, and promote problem improvement;
• Set up quality cost management model, responsible for quality cost analysis and improvement;
• Promote quality planning and quality management process optimization;
• Lead quality audit (process/product) and management innovation;
• Coordinate quality management resources, regularly organize best practice promotion activities, and participate in the handling of major customer complaints
Analysis, treatment and review.
Job Requirements:
• Japanese or German.
• Graduated from prestigious university or master or doctoral degree.
• Rich experience in semiconductor, electronic industry, well-known enterprises preferred.
• More than 15 years experience, senior production quality manager.
