Quality Manager– Oxfordshire. Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Quality Manager in Oxford, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package. As a collaborative and inclusive Quality Manager, you will be managing a quality engineering team and providing clear direction and coaching for all quality management processes. You ensure the ISO 9001 certification and the compliance with the Siemens Healthineers Quality Management Regulations. This is an incredibly exciting time to be joining the business. As part of our long-term strategy, we are currently in the early stages of building a new world-class purpose-built 45,000m2 facility in Oxfordshire. Your mission and responsibilities: If you were already working in this Quality Manager role, here are some of the things you would have done in your first few weeks: Observed execution of the QMS via reviews and KPIs and presented results and improvement proposals to the senior management team Embedded quality in new product introduction (NPI) projects and production Ensured supplier management (e.g. 8D investigations, supplier audits) in alignment with a cross functional team to increase the delivered quality and reduce the cost of non-conformance Processed customer complaints with a clear escalation process, fast complaint routing and consequent root-cause analysis to satisfy the customer What do I need to qualify for the role? To succeed in this Quality Manager job, you will need experience in a similar development and manufacturing environment, along with proven leadership skills.
