Function: Quality Engineering
Your Position:
Your Responsibilities:
1. Directs, leads and manages the quality engineering staff. Installs, monitors, measures and maintains the quality systems to produce qualified products.
2.Implements advanced quality systems in the existing operation to improve productivity. This involves direction for personnel and establishment of processes for the purpose of delivering quality products when the customer requires it in a safe and productive manner.
3. Partnering with Product Development Function, implement EPDP Process in JDJW
4. Coach and facilitate team to deliver expected quality documents and results, like Design Review, (Design Process Assembly Review)DPAR, (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)GD&T, (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)FMEA, Control plan, (Process Quality Assurance)PQA etc.
5. Be responsible for monitoring new product quality at different stage and push resolutions implemented for new product issues from field testing, (product verification and validation)PVV testing, DB, LPB, ( Eearly Detection Problem Resolution)EDPR, assembly etc.
6. Lead team to conduct Process Audit in appropriate stage and follow up findings to close them in defined time frame
7. Supervising factory calibration process for measurement devices, setup appropriate testing capability for factory
8. Be responsible for internal and external quality data analysis, reporting to management team regularly.
9. Performs administrative duties related to performance management, salary pay plan, succession planning, resource planning, training, and development of direct reports.
What Skill You Need:
1. Mechanical background, at least 8 years quality and engineering function working experience in manufacturing industries
2. Knowledge of drawing and schematic interpretation, product models, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
3. Familiar with quality tools like APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, GR&R, PPAP etc.
4. Familiar with product and manufacturing process and various technical standards
5. Familiar with advanced Quality Management System like TS, QS and ISO9000 standards.
6.Familiar with EPDP process, MOA process, QMS and QPS;
Education:
University education or higher, major in industrial engineering or machine manufacture
