工作职责

• Be the link between the Quality department, Supplier & Third Party
• 作为质量部、供应商和第三方之间的纽带
• Close contact with France Quality Department, Merchandising team, Buyers team & suppliers
• 与法国质量部、采购部、采购部及供应商保持紧密联系
• Work in collaboration with the Brands, QC dept. and imbibe the Brand values
• 与品牌、QC部门合作，吸收品牌价值
• Establish a reactive, pro-active, clear and transparent communication channel
• 建立反应性、主动性、清晰透明的沟通渠道
• Ensure quality of product are compiled as per Brands’ requirements as well as safety standard
• 确保产品质量符合品牌要求和安全标准
• Support Export Business Office (EBO) team & suppliers in terms of garment quality standard
• 支持出口业务办公室(EBO)团队和供应商的服装质量标准
• Bring solutions on the table
• 能提出解决方案
• Assist and actively participate in EBO daily work
• 协助并积极参与出口业务办公室(EBO)团队日常工作
• Distribute technical knowledge to related parties including vendors & ensure them fully understand the requirement
• 向包括供应商在内的相关方分发技术知识，并确保他们充分理解需求
• Solve production and quality issues to ensure quality meets requirement and delivery is on-time
• 解决生产和质量问题，确保质量符合要求并按时交货
• Manage supplier and factory training, push more free final to suppliers and factories
• 管理供应商和工厂培训，向供应商和工厂提供更多免费的最终产品
• Evaluate suppliers' performance annually together with quality team
• 每年与质量团队一起评估供应商的绩效
• Work with 3rd party (incl. offshore) closely
• 与第三方(包括海外)紧密合作
• Cost controlling
• 成本控制

Job Requirements

职位要求

• Bachelor degree and above
• 本科及以上学历
• More than 5 years related working experience leading QC team
• 5年以上带领QC团队相关工作经验
• Proficient in Oral English. English can be used as working language
• 优秀的口语能力，英文可作为工作语言
• Excellent communication skills
• 优秀的沟通能力
• Can accept high frequency business trip
• 可接受高频率的出差
