We export 75% of our sales, serving industries like construction equipment, high-speed trains, high-performance cars and agriculture.

岗位职责 Job Description

• Implementation and continuous improvement of quality management systems. Conduct the QA and QC efficiently, report to the operation manager, top management and headquarter in Germany timely. Responsible for the quality KPIs
• Set out control plan, inspection instruction and other documents in the process of quality inspection based on the products and/or the requirements from customers
• Responsible for the quality compliance of the delivered products, manage the QC of incoming materials, semi-finished parts and PDI
• Approve all quality documents and reports, manage all quality records and traceability records accordingly, and provide test/inspection report and/or quality reports accordingly
• Be in charge of managements calibration and laboratory
• Be in charge of the review and control of nonconformance issues; responsible for the customer claims and after sale services, also to monitor and push the root causes analysis and implementation of corrective Actions
• Arrange the daily work of quality department and train the staff accordingly, responsible for the quality training of all employees, also for the increasing of quality awareness of all staffs

任职要求 Job Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or above， Major in Mechanical or Engineering Background
• 8+years including 3+years management position in multi-national manufacturing company; familiar with processing technology of Aluminum
• Familiar with ISO 9001, EN15085 and ISO 14000 systems; has the knowledge and experiences of 5S&LEAN
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication skills, leadership, self-motivated and initiative
