We are looking to appoint a Quality Manager who is capable to lead the customer centric end-to-end quality management process across all value-steps of Engineering Delivery Platform services, across all location (China, India, Czech republic).

Your responsibilities

• Define and implement the quality strategy in line with Engineering Delivery Platform and Operations strategy
• Drive continuous improvement – responsible for creating a RA EDP Quality organisation for deployment across all dimensions of the organization
• Develop seamless efficient end-to-end issue resolution processes starting with the customer and ending with the customer
• Coordinate and develop an effective management cycle with a periodic review process of key Customer Quality issues
• Manages regular communication forums across RA EDP´s Quality network
• Shares accountability with the EDP management team for delivery of overall EDP Quality objectives and targets achievement
• Peaple leadership and development – functional manager for all EDP Quality team (India, China, Czech republic)

Your background

• Strong Quality Management experience in an industrial environment – min 10 years
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with proven advanced Quality competences
• Ability to lead remote teams and strong collaborative abilities
• Strong, well-developed communication influencing, coaching and leadershjip skills
• Fluency in English
• Flexible for travelling
