We are opening a new role of "EMEA Quality Operations leader for Software and Digital". The candidate will join a great team and will be in charge of developing the quality plan for our software and digital business and to secure its effective business impact, notably across our various segments (Data centers, Utilities, Buildings...). We ambition to achieve millions $ Sales by 2025. Ultimate goal is to deliver software and digital solutions that meet customers' expectations and high-quality delivery standards, so that our customers renew and expand their partnership with Eaton. MAIN FUNCTIONS: Design, build and deploy the Quality Plan for the product line "Software & Digital", in consistency with the division quality plan. Ensure resolution of customers claims with countries teams, and supply chains. Continuously improve resolution capabilities. Design and build the software Technical Support capabilities for EMEA. Drive quality performance and deliver corrective action plans. Be the voice of quality during the design phase of our new software & digital solutions, and secure quality requirements are in place before the launch. Lead supplier performance reviews for your product lines and corrective action plan. Prepare readiness for the product line to get external market- and internal Eaton- quality certifications.
