Main responsibilities pertaining to job position are as follows. 1) Execute customer inspections independently which includes conducting test, doing test documentation, analyze results, resolve customer queries & conclude inspection through formal MOM 2) Need to be fully conversant with testing standards (IS/IEC), procedures. In case of any query from customer pertaining to calculation/test procedure, explain the same to customers. 3) Participate in new product development process through prototype/investigative testing 4) Maintenance of various test setup equipment’s such electric panels, motor, generator, transformer, instrumentation. Doing the basis trouble shooting in case of any breakdowns/issue. 5) Execute the testing, maintenance activity following all safety procedures & strict adherence to EHS Guidelines. 6) Should be familiar with 5S & implement improvement measures in own area 7) Should be able to perform diverse measurement related with Induction Motor i.e. electrical test , tan delta test , dimensions measurement , paint inspection-cross hatch test , aesthetic inspection at final stage 8) Contributes in development and adoption of appropriate Quality procedures in case of new product development 9) Records, review and analysis/evaluates quality performance, and takes "pass/fail" decision. 10) Documents results in the systems and initiates necessary corrective action with the support of respective department 11) Familiar with QMS : ISO 9001 & should be able to follow the quality system 12) He should have basis knowledge in the area of calibration of instrument. 13) Knowledge in the area of drive, PLC, maintenance & trouble shooting will be added advantage. 14) Person should have good communication skills as this position will be directly interacting with customer 15) Person should have good interpersonal skills & good team player.
