Change the future with us- Areas of Responsibility Ensure and improve Quality Management System at Project site and goods from external suppliers in the dedicated commodities: ISO 9001:2015, Quality Management System, PM@ Siemens and Knowledge of Motor and Drives components. Manage Quality Management System and Commodity Engineering Work for Siemens Large Drives at at Project site. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015,14001:2015 & 45001:2018. ISO 9001:2015 External & Internal audit planning and coordination for execution of audit at Project site. KPI Reporting of Project Site i.e. NCC and Improve profitability and ScNCC Optimize supplier portfolio together with procurement for the efficient use of resources at Project Site. Coordinate measures to qualify supplier and material in the Commodity Optimize cross-functional collaboration to transmit technical requirements to supplier reducing risks at supplier Provide and actively bring in special Project know how in the Product and Project Team as part of the local CE network. Stipulate actively knowledge exchange with project team and R&D / EN to understand product and customer requirementss Active live the collaboration with Procurement and OPS to optimize cost position and process time Implement SQM relevant processes within LDA to provide sustainable high delivery Quality to LDA Project and Product busienss Coordinate and execute Supplier audits and determine the need Quality Agreements for LDA Implement preventive quality methods and measures within LDA to ensure sustainable Quality at suppliers Use SQM related methods and risk management in supplier related processes, projects and products (8D, RCA, APQP, FMEA) Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an engineering discipline; More than 5 years of experience in a technical functions More than 3 years of experience in Quality Management function Expert knowledge of materials and production processes in dedicated commodities Experience in Leading teams Knowledge on LDA process and products is beneficial Experience in Qualification of suppliers and parts (8D, FMEA, Control plan, MSA, SPC methods, VDA 6.3 audits) Certificate of ISO 9001, VDA 6.3 Fluency English language (German beneficial); Excellent communication skills, intercultural awareness Ability to work in cross-functional teams by usage of state of the art communication platforms / methods Additions/Comments Ability to perform regular business trips (national and international) Personal initiative, quality and result orientation; Analytical ability and strategic thinking; Good knowledge of problem-solving methods and continuous improvement methods We’ve got quite a lot to offer.
