For our Quality Management team in Kartal we are searching for a Quality Professional. This role will be working cross functional within different business and corporate units in the company and will be responsible for the implementation, control and improvement of Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 and Siemens standards by implementing the required methods and tools, internal and external audits; reporting conformance and performance, supporting continuous improvement activities and standardization and optimization of processes and introducing quality methods & tools to improve processes where necessary for project management and product business in Siemens Tuerkiye. What part will you play? Deployment of quality culture within the company by supporting quality management initiatives and coordinating continuous improvement activities Administration and governance of QDMS (Quality Document Management System) tool and coordinating development activities. Ensuring corporate documentation is up to date at QDMS. Designing and implementing QDMS trainings where necessary. Developing audit / assessment programs and conducting internal audits and assessments and follow-up of actions related to ensure compliance to the requirements of the Quality Management System and Siemens standards. Supporting business units; initiating workshops for root cause analysis, lessons learned and best practice sharing activities by using quality methods and tools. Follow-up of internal quality performance; analysis and report of quality related KPIs. Designing dashboards on non-conformance cost management reporting. What you need to make real what matters. University degree of Industrial / Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree, Excellent command of English (will be in communication with global QM team), 5+ years of experience is required, Strong knowledge and experience on Quality and Process Management, quality tools and methods (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, 6 Sigma..), statistical methods, audits and assessments, Internal ISO 9001 Auditor Certificate is a must, lead auditor certificate is an asset, QDMS know-how is required, 6 Sigma Green / Black Belt Certificate is an asset, Knowledge and experience on Risk Management and Project Management methodologies will be preferred, Very good command of MS Office applications. Knowledge of other modern IT tools (as SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau..), Analytical thinking, result and quality-oriented approach, customer focus, self-determination and good communication skills are required competencies.
