Primarily responsible for the development, execution, and orchestration of quality recruitment programs that support expansion goals of the organization

  • Develop & launch various recruitment programs to further increase opportunities to attract the broad & niche market demographics after conducting research studies on various target market demographics and behaviors to identify different needs and wants, at the same time reviewing and analyzing the research findings alongside available company data:
  • Spearhead a Recruitment Integrated Marketing Campaign (IMC) in collaboration with Marketing

    Develop a Recruitment Value Proposition to capture the Broad Market

    Ensure quality and timely implementation and execution of all IMC-related materials

    Website Enhancements

    Develop Recruitment IMC to the Agency Force

  • Design creative recruitment tools/materials to sustain Premier Agency Expansion

    BOP Presentation Slides & Script

    Premier Advisor Value Proposition, Campaign and BOP

    Leader Promotion Campaign

  • Initiate and perform other recruitment related activities in support of the Agency Expansion

  • Develop digital marketing to campaign recruitment and generate awareness and leads

  • Develop Materials to attract candidates and equip the agency to be present in digital platform to source candidates

  • In-charge of nationwide BOP execution & monitoring (i.e. Pre-BOP, BOP & Post-BOP)

  • Develops tools to help execute and measure the effectiveness of programs for quality recruitment
  • Performs tasks & special projects that may be assigned from time to time

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications, Psychology, Engineering or equivalent
  • With at least 5 years’ work experience in sales, marketing and / or operations – corporate or its equivalent, preferably handling a distribution channel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional corporate presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint and knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Movie Maker / i-movie is a plus.
  • Detail oriented, influential, creative, resourceful.
  • Must be mobile.
  • Leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Must be self-motivated and have strong work ethics
