Intel Corporate Quality Network (CQN) is building a team and capability from the ground up to tackle the challenges of enabling the new Intel Foundry Services (IFS) business. You will be working directly with customers and internal teams to develop competitive and creative technical solutions for foundry technology, product development and manufacturing Q&R challenges.
Responsibilities:
As Intel Foundry Quality and Reliability Engineer, a great deal of customer interaction will be required. You will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Fully understand customer and product Q&R requirements.
- Clearly communicate Intel foundry technology Q&R capability and requirements based on customer product goals and expectations.
- Represent IFS Q&R in the customer engagement meetings and activities.
- Work with customers and internal teams to develop foundry Q&R agreement and responses.
- Fully understand customer's products and technical needs, drive teams to find an optimum solution for both the customer and Intel.
- Work with customer counterparts and internal teams to enable Q&R solutions and champion their need.
- Collect feedback from customers on their concerns and needs, provide technical support together with internal domain experts as required.
- Ensure clear and accurate customer Q&R communications.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Materials Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years relevant experience.
- MS in Electrical Engineering or Materials Science, Physics, or related field with 4+ years relevant experience.
- PhD in Electrical Engineering or Materials Science, Physics, or related field with 2+ years relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Advanced Silicon process technology, IC package technology, Semiconductor quality and reliability, Customer support
- Experience in transistor device modeling, characterization, reliability aging models and simulation for circuit reliability assessments a plus.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
