Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a quality team including supervisors and IQC, EQC, FQC, QA on daily base.

• Implement group quality /customer policy

• Perform and supervise quality process audit.

• Implement and follow up corrective action plan of social audit

• Implement corrective and preventive actions plan to prevent claims

• Implement corrective and preventive action plan to solve claims if there’s any

• Interact with suppliers, customers and other departments within the organization

• Follow up EHS risk assessment, ensuring EHS continuous improvement.

• Conduct EHS on-site inspection and follow up all findings until closed.

• Support related departments to take appropriate action plan on first aid/near miss cases to avoid it happened again

. Maintain EHS database

Requirements:

• Good command of English, in both writing and speaking

• Bachelor degree or above

• Team work ability

• Good communication and personal skills

• Management and leadership skills

• Computer skills

• Familiar with safety related laws and regulation

• Certified Safety Engineer qualification from State Administration of Work Safety preferred
