Quality & Safety Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and revise the Management System Manual when necessary
• Assist in implementing and maintaining the Quality, Environmental and Safety Management System
• Responsible on all matters related to Quality Management
• Organize internal audit and ensure the internal audit being carried out regularly and meeting the schedule
• Organize document control, maintain system records
• Arrange follow-up actions and ensure that corrective actions are take properly
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Qualty, Safety and Helath, Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge in ISO/IEC 17025, 14001, OHSAS 18001 and F&IU
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently
• Ability to meet assigned deadlines and proritize multiple work assignments under management instruction
• Fluent in Cantonese, spoken and written English
• Proficient in PC skills, MS word, Excel, etc
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant QA & Safety Officer
