- Quality control: a ccording to the PI internal quality system, conduct frontline quality management , including onsite inspection , reject product dealing and department recording check.
- QC team management : arrange QC’s daily work, execute the lab 5S manage and lead QC to conduct the online quality control.
- Build up and refresh quality SOPs annually.
- Conduct daily GMP inspection and CCP monitoring. S upport the AIBI and FSSC22K audit , as well as HACCP verification and validation to improve the product food safety.
- Take charge of CAR management : s end CAR to related departments, push them to complete CAR on time, and verify their action plans timely.
- Setup training plan, and give quality and food safety training to in-plant staff (including the third party).
- Data analysis : complete quality related report s on time.
- Guide QC to finish the trial-run test from R&D and support plant quality improve project if necessary.
- Assist in external communication with government to support FDA on-site audit and production license obtain ing .
Qualifications/Requirements
1.Bachelor in food science and technology, chemistry or related knowledge.
2. At least 5 years’ quality work experiences in food plant and 2 years’ team management experience. Good at process quality control and lab management.
