Responsible for Site divisional Quality performance management. Ensure a high level of operational quality management effectiveness through implementation and application of DPS QMS and IATF16949 requirements.

Success criterias:

1. High level Quality performance achievement interms of Q-KPIs, which include PPM, claim responsiveness, claim occurrence and Cost of poor quality.

2. Achieve customer Quality target with strong leadership, to manage customer satisfaction through 8D problem solving for claimns and compliance to customer audit.

3. Ensure consistent complaince to IATF 16949 and Power Solution QMS, drive for Continual Improvement effectively and timely

Key Tasks:

1. Accountable for divisional compliance to Power solution QMS and IATF16949 standards. Drive continual improvement on Quality Mindset and Competence of IATF tools.

2. Report and monitor 7 metrics of Quality KPIs, which include PPM, claim responsiveness, claim occurrence and Cost of poor quality. Drive BU operation, engineering and relevant functional areas to define and execute continual improvement plan in order to consistently achieve the target.

3. Plan and execute various audits (product audits, layered process audits, customer audit etc...) with BU operation, ensure all findings are addressed appropriately and timely closed.

4. Lead Quality engineers to work with operation, engineering and relevant functional areas with following 8D problem solving for both customer claim (CAR) and Supplier claim (SIR/QN).

5. Focus on key customers Quality performance and significant Quality issue, timely communicate to Management team and global Quality leaders.

6. Ensure PPAP process is utilized internally for change control and externally for supplier PPAP approval, be responsible for reviewing and approving PPAP documents.

7. Coordinate with Global Quality to ensure global standards and quality strategies are implemented, and global quality initiatives are locally deployed in a timely manner.

Requirements:

1. Experience in an IATF 16949 driven manufacturing evnironment is prefered

2. plant Quality team leader experience 3+ years

3. Technical background and technical education to degree level is required,

4. Priority should be on operational Quality managment, Communication, Facilitating team work and effectiveness skills.

5. English speaker.
