This exciting role offers opportunity to: Manufacturing process quality control and PQ team management to fulfill tasks and goal Leading and Improving the plant overall product and process performance Internal and external customer complaint Handling Supporting the NPI and Localization Project launch Supervisor will responsible organize the PQE / PQC /FA team working and assignment Leading team to fulfill all the tasks and realize plant quality goal. Organize team to solve the quality issues in process and customer complaint feedback Plan and Leading relevant Quality improvement activities & Projects Organize the quality review for product performance Collect the quality Data through SPC/MSA tool analysis to find out improvement opportunity. Familiar with low-voltage products and experience of relevant knowledge. Well team management with coaching ability. Good teamwork spirit and good communication. Willing to take challenge Qualifications Requirement: 8 years+ experience in Auto or Electrical industry for process quality control related work. 5 year + people management experience Stronger products knowledge and know how the products standards Quality Tools knowledge & Statistics data analysis application Strongly Cases handling and problem-solving skill Driving for results and Decision Marking Leadership and people management skill Time management and Stress management Listening, patience and conflict management Processes management, planning, command skill Perseverance and drive result skill Yes!
