This exciting role offers opportunity to: Planning & managing quality of raw material & product(原材料及产品质量的策划和管控) Planning \ monitoring and improving IQC/IPQC ability & capability (策划、监控及持续提升进料检验和过程质量能力) Planning & managing quality of key process (策划及管理关键制程工艺质量) Managing quality employees (管理质量技术员) Managing statistic work (basic data management, data analysis etc.) Lead function team for quality project (领导多职能小组完成质量项目) Other work leader assigned(主管安排的其他工作) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above Minimum above 5-8 years of work experience in quality, engineering or in the same or related industries Knows the basic concepts of problem solving and analytical/ statistical techniques, including 8D; Six Sigma; problem definition; basic data collection – pareto, histogram, scatter plot; brainstorming; 5-why’s; fishbone; cause-effect; error proofing; Variation Analysis, SPC, MSA, DOE, Advanced on Quality Management System on IATF16949, ISO9001, VDA6.3. Quality Leadership & team management Good communication skill of English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking Good teamwork and strong team driver for product, process and system improvement Accept challenges Yes!
