Main Job Responsibilities:

• Management plant quality department including staff recruitment, Training, Work allocations and target setting or monitoring to ensure the best results.

质量部门管理包括人员招聘，培训，工作安排与目标设定，员工辅导

• Handling customer complaints(0km &field return) and coordinating internally among departments to take corrective /preventive actions and quickly response to customers' concerns.

处理客户抱怨包含0公里与售后市场，内部沟通协调快速响应客户关注点。

• Response and maintenance IAFT16949/ISO 14001 certificate.Organize customer audit preparation and follow up the corrective and preventive actions to ensure the effectiveness of the system.

组织与维护IATF16949/ISO14001认证，负责客户审核准备并跟踪问题点改善，确保体系运行有效

• Support by Planning , maintaining and preparing data for the businesses Operational goals including Quality objectives, budgets, Management Review and Business Improvement Initiatives .

在计划，维护和包含质量目标的业务数据的支持下进行管理回顾并提升业务主导权

• Daily response for plant QRQC problem solve approach system to take fast corrective action when necessary to minimize defects and potential failures;

每日QRQC问题解决，并确保系统行之有效解决各类异常

• Plant nonconformities material handle for customer complaints and failures in processes; Organize quality meetings to review QOS and cooperate with production department to conduct continuous improvement;

工厂质量问题的判定，组织质量会议回顾QOS，协调生产开展持续改进

• Participate in the verification and validation of new project by arranging measurement and test assistance during sampling stage and communicate with customers;

通过样件阶段协助测试并与客户保持沟通，参与新项目的验证与批准

• Series production quality control include process quality moritoning,quality data collection/statistics/analysis ,block and release manufacturing related defect parts also for warehouse defect parts management.,Support quality planning for quality control during development phase and documents transfer,internal process and product audit.

参与一些列的产品质量控制活动包括过程控制，数据监控，数据分析，禁止不良品流出等，支持开发阶段的文件转化，内部流程改进与产品审核

• Have right to stop production or delivery

负责产品质量人员有权限停止生产或发运；

• Others assigned by director supervisor.

Job Requirements：

任职资格要求：

• Bachelor degree above.

本科以上文凭

• Be familiar with injection techniques and injection production process.

熟悉注塑工艺及其制造流程.

• Communication with foreigners is no obstacle in simply English.

能用简单的英语和外国人进行交流.

• Be familiar with Quality tools, APQP,PPAP,SPC,MSA. PFMEA

熟悉质量工具，APQP,PPAP,SPC,MSA,PFMEA,

• IATF16949 or IATF16949 Internal Auditor.

IATF16949或IATF16949内审员证书．
