Job Description

• Build up quality system based on IATF16949, and ensure compliance to company policy and customer requirements.

• Responsible for leading quality initiatives to improve QMS process compliance and efficiency, including evaluation of failure investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and follow-up activities.

负责驱动质量管理体系符合性和运行效率的改善，包括体系失效的调查分析，根本原因分析和制定纠正计划，并跟踪报告其关闭情况。

• Provide training to ensure proper implementation and use of quality tools and procedures as required.

• Organize internal audit, process audit, product audit; Coordinate customer audit.

• Responsible for plant DCC(document control center). Ensure accurate and timely processing of all documents and records along with the company’s regulatory compliance profile per IATF16949 and customer requirements.
