• Be primarily responsible for quality system IATF16949 /ISO9001 maintenance and using systematic approach and lead the actions to continuously improve process.
• Lead internal / external audits to ensure compliance to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 certificates. Minimize # of non-conformance and drive for closure.
• Leading process and product audits using VDA 6.3/ 6.5 and LPA.
• Coordinate internal & external 2nd party and 3rd party audits.
• Monthly KPI tracking for quality performance and report out.
• Overall Document controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, major in mechanical or industry engineering.
• Over 3 years in Quality system IATF16949 / ISO9001 developing and maintenance, familiar with auditing.
• Over 5 years in working experience in truck/auto industry
• In-depth application experience in APQP / PPAP / Quality control and improvements
• Knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949 Standards, Familiar with VDA6.3, VDA 6.5.
• Very experience user of Microsoft Office package
• Experience with IPC / ESD/ cleanliness control is plus.
