1. University degree大学本科学历
2.Be familiar with ISO 9000 quality management system and qualification as an internal auditor ,prefer TS.熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系并且具有内审员资格证书,TS 优先。
3.4 years or above experience in an international company with working knowledge of manufacturing process-es (machining, casting, heat treatment, assembly) as well as engineering and purchase business processes
 具有在国际化的公司4年以上的工作经验，并且掌握制造业生产过程（加工，铸造，热处理，装配）的知识，熟悉工艺和采购工作过程
4.Be familiar with problem solving methods and standard quality tools, e.g. 8D, FMEA, QC 7tools ,6 sigma etc.
熟悉问题解决方法和标准质量工具，例如，8D, FMEA,等。
5.Very good English language skills (writing and speaking) and MS office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
具有良好的英语读写及口语能力，熟练掌握基本办公室电脑操作（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）
