Primary Function This position provide support to operations by ensuring the compliance of plant to Quality System requirements. This position will help the organization to identify the weakness and strength of the company that may be used to initiate improvements. This covers all the documentations, processes, departmental and system requirements. Essential Function Define audit programme and discuss to Internal Auditors, cascade to cross function team and communicate the activities accordingly. Lead and facilitates the internal audits, including closing out of audit findings, creation of audit findings reports, and determining proper corrective and preventive actions. Spearhead the preparation for 2nd party and 3rd party audits. Generate the Management Review report for management review meeting. Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure products and processes comply with relevant requirements of the quality management system. Create and maintain the quality documentations such as quality manuals, quality procedures & records Work with Program Managers and Process Engineering to coordinate, update, and maintain PFMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, and Process Control Plans Conduct quality system deployment effectiveness assessment vs plant key performance metrics results Supervise and give direction to Document Control staff. Drive and lead the document review process. Qualifications Qualifications: College or university degree in Engineering with work experience in handling Quality Management Systems Has exposure and experience in audit varieties such as Process, Systems, 5S, Gemba, Regulatory and Customer audit. Certified Quality Management System (IS0 9001) auditor or with leader auditor course. Knowledge in production and manufacturing methods and procedures, material handling, inspections, and quality control. Communicate with personnel at all levels, internally and externally to the Company, in relation to Quality Management System. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Cross Function Team and external parties to ensure optimal result. Has work experience in Document Control management Good interpersonal and communication skills. Result driven and get things done. Can do multi-tasking activities.
