Be responsible of the continuous improvement of the performance of development,industrialization,production,quality and delivery of our suppliers, and,ensure efficient interface between Babolat development team and suppliers as for :

1. Development quality

2. Supplier Quality

3. Customer quality

4. experience of equipment, tennis rackets,apparel,shoes, accessories is preferred.

Report to Asia Quality manager

Follow and communicate with development teams in France and China.

Direct interface with Suppliers

Fluent in English and Chinese (must)

Experience in sports equipment quality and/or in foreign company is a plus

Team spirit and good communication skills, organized and autonomous

Speaking French is a plus.

Available for frequent travels in China and abroad
