Job Description

负责原料、辅料、其他辅助材料的现场取样、制样及送检工作；

负责进厂物资的物理、外观检验及质检资料的审核查验工作；

负责原料、辅料的检验标识，不合格品的隔离及调查处理工作；

负责原辅料检验数据的收集记录及汇总分析；

负责每月供应商供应货物的质量评判，以及质检资料的整理和管控；

负责原辅料的副样保管及供应商4M变更管理；

协助部门制定及完善原料、辅料品质接收标准，修订检验程序；

负责参与月度原辅料盘存工作； 负责浸出渣、元明粉的日常取样、制样、送检工作，金属流失率的监控；

负责取制样设备、工具的日常管理工作； 完成领导交办的其他工作事项。
