Your role We search summer trainee to work as a part of Quality team for 3-4 months during 2.5.-30.9.2023 (agreed separately based on your preference). We are looking for a Quality Technician to join our Quality Team in Espoo for the summer. As a summer intern your responsibilities will include quality reporting, bringing up quality issues with domestic and international suppliers as well as other supporting tasks within the quality team. The internship will kick off with a comprehensive introduction to the plant's quality management system, data collection methods as well as documents needed for quality issue reporting. You will get a hands-on introduction to the UPS devices manufactured at the plant and the components used. In this role no two days are the same, each different case brings with it new elements and new problems to solve. The work environment is fast paced, but you will be surrounded and supported by your colleagues. Spending your summer working at Eaton will allow you to take your personal and professional development further. You will grow your technical analysis skills and you will be able to view quality from a larger perspective. Qualifications What we look for We search for summer trainee in Quality team. Attributes of a good candidate: You are studying in a technical field – electrical engineering, power electronics, electronics or power engineering An interest in a product quality and processes Experience from the electrical sector Proactivity and a high standard of work Knowledge of MS Office tools Ability to work independently Finnish and English skills You have a positive mindset and a drive to take yourself forward Are you interested?
