Job Description
Quality Validation Engineer
Technical Tasks:
Project activities in the development phase
- Create and update (DVP&R) with support of Engineering.
- Negotiate DVP&R and test results with customer.
- Make schedule for validation together with the project team(rough planning).
- Make a detailed validation time plan with laboratory based onproject schedule.
- Make analysis together with the laboratory.
- Forward test results to the project team and define nextvalidation steps.
- Order test samples right before tests.
- Create specifications for test sample control (to operate testsamples in laboratory)
- Support QEP to order test equipment (control, fixtures,harness…).
- Support Electronics Engineer regarding DVP&R for electroniccomponents.
- Identify the demand of new test technologies right before they’reneeded in the laboratory.
- Project time plan
- Project structure plan
- Member in the D-FMEA team
Functional Qualifications:
- Project experience in Automotive industry
- 3+ years Validation test experience in Automotive industry
- Quality management experience
- Good English skills
- Good manners
- Decisiveness

- Assertiveness
- Analytic thinking
- Willingness to short-term travel
