Your responsibilities

• Working together with SCM team for designing and implementing an appropriate quality management system to improve the supply quality.
• Driving the regular internal audit for process to optimize our business process.
• Leading and pushing the internal team to solve the customer complain for improving customer experience.
• Driving the root cause analysis and solving the problem in time with good quality, in case of any quality issue.
• Driving the continuous improvement with related departments to improve the teams’ performance.
• Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• Must have a bachelor’s degree or above in engineering/electrical/automatic control/mechanical.
• Lean 6 sigma green belt is required, black belt is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality management role for manufacturing factory, 3 years of experience for continuous improvement role.
• Experience in quality management, including quality control, quality assurance and ability to handle customer complain .
• Successful experience of continuous improvement project management in relevant company and knowledge of 6 sigma, five quality tools, lean manufacturing.
• Personal characteristics like relationship, credibility and trust builder, good facilitator and negotiator, display integrity, and open attitude, ability to influence people, building trust and credibility, fact seeker and problem solving attitude, good communicator, good competence in planning, coordination and presentation, can work under pressure and good command of English communication skill required.
