This is a Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialist role, reporting to Quality & Continuous Improvement manager.
Your responsibilities
- Integrating management system implementation ISO9000 certification and related internal and external audit and performing non-conformity management including RMA follow-up and bulletin stock purge, AQI and top-5 quality issue follow up.
- Being the voice of the customer and coach front-end staff in capturing voice of the Customer e.g. to promote using T-NSP, CCRP process to log all customer quality issues to increase transparency and speed in issue resolutions and upon request, supporting Account Management / Front End Sales in specific cross-BU quality issues to ensure that these are resolved in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that the respective RCA reports in these issues have high standards and meet customer’s expectations and providing support to sales for bidding, sales-purpose factory audit and doing process optimization and implementation to support annual quality improvement plan and initiate related improvement activity.
- Supplying quality management evaluation to new suppliers in close collaboration with SCM, running regular supplier audit, providing supplier audit reports to related parties and conducting supplier quality improvement activity if needed.
- Doing Lean Six Sigma program promotion and lead team LSS related training and certifications, performing operational KPI management, reporting and monitoring the main KPI and metrics on regular basis and finding the variance and lead corrective and preventive action.
- Doing quality week and best practice sharing and organizing the local quality week and best practice sharing activities, promoting best practice spreading of standard processes, tools and improvement projects across all operations and benchmarking. Using a network and regular meetings with Hub Managers. When requested by business areas, take a leading role to coordinate the annual Quality Week locally based on group guidance, promote local Quality Awards.

Your background
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Lean 6 sigma yellow belt is required, green belt is preferred.
- Must have minimum 3 years of experience in a quality management role for manufacturing factory and at least 3 years of experience for continuous improvement role.
- Experience in quality management, including quality control, quality assurance and ability to handle customer complains.
- Successful experience of leading continuous improvement projects, conducting audit at supplier side and evaluate supplier qualification.
- Good knowledge of SAP, and other office software, Minitab and other statistical tools and must possess strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in English both in Written and Oral.
- Very high level of structured-thinking ability, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills.
