Our client is a market leading Global retail based in Europe . After important investment which has resulted in increased headcount across all departments, my client is now looking for an additional Quality Manager to bolster their Quality department.

• The Quality Manager will promote and develop a Quality ethos throughout the site. They will develop and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction by achieving "right first time" performance culture and ensure full compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
• Hold kick off meeting for new projects informed from merchandising team and establish time schedule of quality part in order to ensure on-time shipment delivery
• Communicate with European counterpart for technical review and quality level of market survey
• Prepare EN & BS testing standards and requirements for suppliers and factories for selected products.
• Sealing mass production sample and packaging evaluation for mail order
• Communicate with European engineers and buyers for problems met during product development.
• Analysis of claim, coordinating with factory and search for solution and improvements.

• Working experience related with Power Tools (electrical and gasoline)

• Technical university studies

• Experience with trading company / buying office with similar product range

• Target at European Market and familiar with EU regulation for concerned products
