• Develop and maintain quality system and documents to be utilised by manufacturers and internal
• Assessing product faults using root cause analysis
• Liaising with suppliers in China
• Product testing and reporting
• Training employees on quality control standards and procedures
• Conduct external audits
• Log CARs and follow the process from start to finish
