1. Champion product quality: monitor and insure quality issue investigation and root cause analysis institute process and material improvements
2. Manage sustaining engineering activities: audit production plant & assembly line monitor and manage supplier quality and incoming quality maintain and update BOMs, process, and test documentation
3. New product implementation: responsible for new product & process implementation tooling, and quality aspects of a new product development
4. Establish manufacturing & production SOP, process flow and quality control plan.
5. Daily management of battery module & pack production activities.
6. Support RD team for prototype build and validation.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
2. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering role.
3. Familiar with quality systems, G8D, 6 sigma, MSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, control plan…etc.
4. Outstanding commitment to customer service and quality.
5. English language fluency: must be able to understand, speak and write clearly and effectively.
6. Having automotive industry and ISO/TS certification experience is a plus.
7. Strong teamwork and basic leadership skills; basic influencing skills.
