QS owns the role to audit construction quotation accuracy provided by contractors, to improve the quote/audit process make sure quote provided are well based upon aligned price and accurate quantity. This ICE role will majorly manage the record tracking/perform ~30% of the field auditing.

Qualifications

The scope and main responsibility will be to Estimate and validate Contractor proposals for projects of Tool installation, SPGC(Small Project General Contract), etc. This includes administering all the scope above per historical validated price (contracted rates) or obtain Fair Market Price (FME).
