Job Description
We are a construction company looking for a self-motivated individual on the following position :
Responsible for assisting in the administration of main contracts and sub-contracts, cost control and budgeting, contractual claims and sub-contractor's claims; preparing payment applications and assessing subcontractors' interim payments.
- Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience is required for Quantity Surveyor in fitting-out works.
- Experience in strong negotiating skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- We provide medical / bonus / traveling allowance
