We are a construction company looking for a self-motivated individual on the following position :

• Responsible for assisting in the administration of main contracts and sub-contracts, cost control and budgeting, contractual claims and sub-contractor's claims; preparing payment applications and assessing subcontractors' interim payments.
• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience is required for Quantity Surveyor in fitting-out works.
• Experience in strong negotiating skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• We provide medical / bonus / traveling allowance
