Responsibilities

• Prepare of tenders, quotations, specification, test and progress reports, etc
• Review, analyze and negotiate contracts terms with venders or subcontractors
• Handle post-contract services including works measurement, interim and final accounts preparation and contractual claims settlement
• Provide site administrative support
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Procurement or related discipline
• 3 years’ relevant working experience preferably gained in construction industry
• Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Officeapplications
• Good command of spoken and written English and spoken Cantonese and Putonghua
• Holding a valid driving license an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Immediate availability preferred
